#18 Cook 30 more recipes...

As you already know, I really love food, and I love to cook.  This year, I really tried to expand my cooking repertoire and cook with ingredients that I had previously never worked with... and the results were delicious.  I wish I hadn't waited until the last minute to make half of these dishes, but at the same time... I don't care.  So here we go, a recap of #18 Cook 30 more recipes (and blog about each one):
